Come for an elegant evening of tasting 80+ fine wines in the sumptuous splendor of the Hilton Short Hills, New Jersey's Premiere Urban Resort.
WINE & FOOD: Red, white, rose and sparkling......there will be many great wines for sampling -- ALL selected by the wine connoisseurs of the Wine Library! To accompany the wine, the culinary experts at The Hilton Short Hills will provide a selection of light hors d'oeuvres. This hotel is the site of New Jersey's only 5 Diamond Restaurant.
WINE CLASSES: Wine classes will be held in a special tasting area at 7:15PM, and 8:15PM. Class reservations must be made online or by phone during general ticket purchase. Aldo Popolani, a wine connoisseur and native of Florence, Italy will take students on a tour of fine wine.
**Class cost is an additional $20 per person and space is limited (40 per class)...so please reserve EARLY!
MUSIC: This evening will be accompanied by the sounds of the chart-topping smooth jazz guitarist Matt Marshak. You have heard him on the airwaves of CD101.9!!!
