If you have been scammed by Ticketmaster (which you probably have), now is your chance to get back at them with this petition. Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana tickets have been sold out in minutes for the pre-sale and also for the tickets sold to the general public. How could this be though, if tickets on Ticketmaster can only be bought at a maximum of 4? Scalpers! We can find our $20-$60 tickets sold by the hundreds on other ticket websites. Leaving kids all over disappointed and even having some parents shell out the money so that they could go. So please sign here if this has happened to you, you have seen this happen or if you just feel bad (especially for you the Hannah Montana Best of Both Worlds concert)! Thank you.
